Abstract: 

Shastadaisy are from composite family and it is as a part of ornamental flowers of spring and summer would plant in green spaces of cities and consumers’. Shastadaisy has capitule inflorescence the present research aims to study and review its genesis and comparison definition of RAY and disk flowers. It can be suitable pattern for several species of capitule inflorescence, floral buds of shadtadaisy flowers, different phases of originating, creation of after primitive studies with stereomicroscope, fixation with FAA. More observation of inflorescence and floret has been done by SEM microscopy. Results showed that procreative meristem, dimension of meristem and its dyeability are increased and meristem during originating to the floret morphological alternation from convex shape in to the flat one and then become dented at the location of central FLORETS which can be raised from more rapid growth of marginal FLORETS, their shape found, pressure in to the central floret meristem. This portioning can be resulted the controlling of cells dividing and cell growth in grooved regions and cells division continues in each floret meristim portion. In progress originating phase’s meristem of each bolted floret would start new portioning in margin of the inflorescence and different parts of each floret is included as stripes sepals, 5 stamens and bolted in receptacle part. three types of RAY floret are included as hormapherodit-floret, pistil-floret and sterile FLORETS which had been existed in scattered. Pistils have bifurcate stigma, the homogeneous cells’ style, alveolus ovary and inverted ovules, disk FLORETS originating from margine toward center and each meristem portion beginning of its floret parts formation. Pollengrains types are Tri-colporate. Originating of pollengrains in another is in-simultaneously beside one or two cells pollens. The second mitosis division is caused the formation of tri-cells pollens.

Abstract: 

منطقه مورد مطالعه شامل اراضی دانشکده کشاورزی است که در جنوب غربی شهرستان خرم آباد واقع شده است میانگین بارندگی سالیانه 519 میلیمتر و متوسط درجه حرارت سالیانه 17.9 درجه سانتیگراد است. رژیم رطوبتی خاک زریک و رژیم حرارتی آن ترمیک می باشد تعداد 30 نیمرخ خاک در واحدهای فیزیوگرافی فلات و دشت دامنه ای و آبرفتهای باد بزنی شکل سنگریزه دار حفر و مورد مطا لعه دقیق قرار گرفتند که از این تعداد 4 نیمرخ به شماره های 30، 12، 9 و 4 بعنوان شاهد انتخاب و از افقهای مختلف آنها نمونه برداری و تجزیه های شیمیایی، فیزیکی و مطالعات مینرالوزیکی بر روی آنها انجام گرفت. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین و تشخیص کانی های رس به روش x-RAY بود که 4 نمونه خاک از افقهای B21 در عمق 45-70 سانتیمتری پدون شماره 30، B21k در عمق 30-70 سانتیمتری پرون شماره 4، B1 در عمق 20-45 سانتیمتری پدون شماره 12 و B2 در عمق 20-55 سانتیمتری پدون شماره 9 انتخاب و مطالعات اشعه ایکس (X-RAY) بر روی آنها انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد ترکیب کانی های کلیه خاکهای مورد مطالعه در منطقه Mixed بود.

Abstract: 

Calendula officinalis is a perennial herb with bisexual and functionally female FLORETS often used for medicinal purpose and ornamentation. The inflorescences is capitule and consists of fertile and solid sterile FLORETS. Sterile FLORETS consists of RAY FLORETS with decresed generation system. Fertile FLORETS are divided to two groups of bisexual and female FLORETS. In bisexual FLORETS, the anther wall is composed of epidermis, endothecium, middle layer and tapetum. But the middle layer degenerates and only in primary levels distinguished. The tapetum is mainly secretive. For bisexual FLORETS, cytokinesis is simultaneous and leads to tetrahedral tetrads. Bisexual FLORETS are functionally male and solid. Also female FLORETS have active ovules. Ovules are unitegumic, tenuinucellatae, anatropus. Before the differentiation of micropylar cells in to egg cell and synergids, two polar nuclei fuse and sntipos start degenerating. DEVELOPMENT of embryo sac follows the monosporic, polygonum type.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted with the aim of production and designing of selfstudy educational content about the history of X-RAY discovery and developing its related spectroscopic methods. This is a library research and indexing has been used as data gathering tool. It was found that in the 19 th century, many scientists were interested in studying the passage of electricity through solids, liquids, gases and vacuum, and cathode RAY was discovered in the margins of these studies. Many experiments were then carried out to investigate the nature of cathode RAY, and in 1895, when the range of this RAY was examined in the air, X-RAY was accidentally discovered. Physicians were amazed at the nature of X-RAYs and used them to study the structure of crystals and atoms, and physicians used them to study the human body and to diagnose and treat diseases. In 1896 the intensity of these RAYs was measured. In the years 1905-1909, characteristic X-RAYs were discovered and studied. Their electromagnetic nature was then proved by experiments. In 1913, these beams were used as the standard method for identifying crystals. In the 1920s, new spectrometers were developed to measure and detect the structure of matter, and in 1956, X-RAY spectroscopy revealed the spiral structure of DNA strands in cells.
